This year got the company for the third time the title Hungarian Handmade Masterwork of the Hungarian Chamber of Commerce and Industry!
In 2008 won this price the teapot THEO, the cup NOVA and the tea warmer. In 2009 got this title the teapot SOLO/GLOBE and the tea warmer. Our success is this year greater: the teapot OPUS with wooden lid, glass strainer and wooden tea warmer respectively the cup OPUS with wooden saucer and the teapot SIGN got this certificate of merit.

We have tooken part the seventh times on the most important consumer-goods fair, on the Ambiente in Frankfurt. We had a great success again. Our porducts were accepted positiv and with great interesting. Not only our newness but the new catalogue was appeared, what with the design collection completed was. The Ambiente is near, we are getting ready to the exhibition, to the most important consumer-goods fair. From 10. to 14. february 2012 we are waiting for our visitors for the seventh time in Messe Frankfurt, in the hall 4, 2. floor, position A.10.

Only there, in the Dining, Giving and Living segments,can you be sure of finding so many international exhibitors with all the latest products and trends:
- dining: overview in the dining section – from the latest products for the modern kitchen, via household aids, to everything for the well-laid table.
- living: design-oriented and emotional accessories and products, via decorations for indoors and outdoors.
- giving: top class in the world of giving.

This exhibition is organized every year from 1985 with ca. 5000 exhibitors from 80 countries.

An other important step what quality assurance concernes!
Trendglas household glasses are produced with very high diligence, in compliance with the most strict standards. The heat resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass corresponds to both, medicine and food industry directions.
Our last certificate justifies, that our products made of heat resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass, qualifies Allergy-Friendly Products, based on ECARF research.

At the end of September 2010 is going to open the leading international trade fair of the glass industry in Düsseldorf. Csonkagroup is going to take part for the first time as exhibitor on this fair, which is taking place between 28 September - 1 October. The visitors going to meet on our stand our technical glasses, houseware glasses, laboratory glasses, moreover one of the test piece of our solar system.

After a long planning and testing phase, today we put successfull on function our online solar controller system. Now with our modern equipment we can control paralelly and continuously three solar system datas (for ex.: temperature, capacity) and the value of sun intensity. Hereby the development process can speed up significantly. Our own developed and patent protected solar system will take the road shortly, in order to be autenticated by the sovereign testing laboratory in Swissland.

SME Week was set forth in 2009 by the European Union. Within the confines of this, they would like to pique the attention about the Small and Medium-sized enterprises importance, and among other things they would like to give good example for new and just now started enterprises. The common programs will be suplemented with National programs. On this occasion, in 2010 Hungary will be represented in Brussel by László Csonka, Csonka és Fiai Ltd, on which we are very proud of. By coming out on internet with a new webpage, Csonkagroup made a new step what the company development concerns. The old – long time ago made – webpage is changed by a modern, last methods realized one, with new subject-matters and new design. Of course, the development is composed of several parts, as after the completion of webpage design, the second step need to be completed, the proper subject-matter and image material upload.

This year we took part for the 5th time on the biggest Consumer-Goods Fair in Frankfurt, named Ambiente. 4504 exhibitors from 93 countries took part on the fair held between 10-16.02.2010. In spite of the global economic crisis, numerouse partners of us visited our totally redesigned stand, and called installation by appreciative words. The fair was the first run for several new Trendglas products, and we timed the new Trendglas catalog also for this occasion. We received new orders as well, accordingly we have broadened our partner list with a new country, so now we export the Trendglas products directly in 45 countries.
